Hi WarsurferX,
It's better not to store your beloved HPs, use them everyday.

Dawn Of A New Century
Imagine...
Our planet floating silently in space.
Around it, a white dove flies--
forever circling.
Every one hundred years, the dove's wing
Gently touches the surface of the earth.
The time it would take for the feathered wing
To wear this planet down to nothing
...is eternity.
Within eternity, time passes.
Within time, there is change.
Soon, the wing of the white dove
Will touch our world again.
The dawn of a new Century.
Time for a new beginning...

Barb Jungr sings Bob Dylan
Every Grain of Sand
In the time of my confession,
in the hour of my deepest need
When the pool of tears beneath my feet
flood every newborn seed
There's a dyin' voice within me
reaching out somewhere,
Toiling in the danger and in
the morals of despair.
Don't have the inclination to
look back on any mistake,
Like Cain,
I now behold this chain of events
that I must break.
In the fury of the moment
I can see the Master's hand
In every leaf that trembles,
in every grain of sand.
Oh, the flowers of indulgence
and the weeds of yesteryear,
Like criminals,
they have choked the breath
of conscience and good cheer.
The sun beat down upon the steps
of time to light the way
To ease the pain of idleness
and the memory of decay.
I gaze into the doorway of
temptation's angry flame
And every time I pass that way
I always hear my name.
Then onward in my journey
I come to understand
That every hair is numbered
like every grain of sand.
I have gone from rags to riches
in the sorrow of the night
In the violence of a summer's dream,
in the chill of a wintry light,
In the bitter dance of loneliness
fading into space,
In the broken mirror of innocence
on each forgotten face.
I hear the ancient footsteps like
the motion of the sea
Sometimes I turn, there's someone there,
other times it's only me.
I am hanging in the balance
of the reality of man
Like every sparrow falling,
like every grain of sand.

Better Man
Send someone to love me I need to rest in arms Keep me safe from harm In pouring rain
Give me endless summer Lord I fear the cold Feel I’m getting old Before my time
As my soul heals the shame I will grow through this pain Lord I’m doing all I can To be a better man
Go easy on my conscience ‘Cause it’s not my fault I know I’ve been taught To take the blame
Rest assured my angels Will catch my tears Walk me out of here I’m in pain
As my soul heals the shame I will grow through this pain Lord I’m doing all I can To be a better man
Once you’ve found that lover You’re homeward bound Love is all around Love is all around
I know some have fallen On stony ground But Love is all around
Send someone to love me I need to rest in arms Keep me safe from harm In pouring rain
Give me endless summer Lord I fear the cold Feel I’m getting old Before my time
As my soul heals the shame I will grow through this pain Lord I’m doing all I can To be a better man

Every child has heard the tales: how a humble mariner named Christopher Columbus left Spain on three ships one August morning in 1492. How he sought the Orient and instead found an idyllic New World as pristine and untainted as Eden... and how Queen Isabel and King Ferdinand gave him a hero's welcome upon his return.
Behind the legend stands a complex man with flaws as well as strengths. Although his journey commences with a triumph, it also takes him through violence, humiliation and horror.
Columbus was the first explorer to show the way for Europe and The Americas to unite, which set in motion a colossal avalanche of change. His fate was to die in obscurity...

Hi all,
my friends b'day is coming up next wk, and i was thinking of gettign him an Atlas sound system (if im not wrong is from BOSE , right?)
He's a good friend of mine and is into good music!
Basically what i needed was something compact for him to put into his office (private office) where he can just chill and listen to the music.
Do u guys have any other recommendations from BOSE systems, besides the Atlas, that i should consider? and where may i get them here in SG?
thanks so much for the help guys, i really appreciate it!!!
Dev
Hi Dev,
Why not get your friend and you to go down to Atlas to listen/try? For alternative, other forumers have already given ample of it to you.
I had gone to Atlas twice to listen to the Bose lifestyle(5.1 HT), which I think that it is good(subjectively).
Lifestyle series is at least $3k and above which I personally think that it is overpriced. $1.2k to $1.5k may be acceptable for me.

Hello Mr. Rameish,
Happy BirthDay!
-
I just recently bought this Line 6 KB37 http://www.line6.com/toneport/hardware.html for the purpose of doing home recording of guitars and voice. This KB37 cost around SG300
I need a decent set of headphone so I can hear my recordings.
Can you advice me on what to get, how much, where to get it and why do I need to get this particular headphone.
I am totally zero when it comes to this stuff. Thank y'all!
Hi Quiverpool,
From your requirement, likely you would need a closed monitoring hp. Maybe you would want to take a look at the http://www.beyerdynamic.com/.

Charismatic,
Make sure the canare connectors look like this:
Note especially the inside of the 'barrel' - note how there are multiple bits inside 'bending' outwards - they're the bits that ensure reliable connection with the RCA jack.
There are FAKES floating around Singapore - but the fakes rarely get the inside bits right.
And...
Thanks for the info again.

Hi Hantu,
If I am facing the mentioned problem, I would choose 2), use the PC as a transport for the digital signal(wav).
