    I have been good friendship with huang yong.as a diyer,I am glad to help forward diy stuffs.

    I have supply huang yong audio parts as a technical adviser.we share information.But with more and more intercourse,I find he is going to diy for no good incentive.so I decide to stop my supply.

    the truth is I have send this guy 12PCBs zen boards,5PCBs Mj boards,2PCBs SOHA and lots of audio parts,lots of design ideas as free!the pay back is his affront!!!!

    I get married:)

    I have make lots of 62 customs headamp & dac.

    I completed a project of soha v3.0 layout and some universe buffer.

    I am full in a new hobby - leather diy.

  3. Just finished my SOHA today but have not case it yet, in fact have not found a case I like yet. Like to ask the experts about my built:

     

    The voltages for most of the test-points seems to be ok, except the -12.6V, which is actually only -12.47V.

     

    B+ = 54.7V

    V+ = 11.98V

    V- = -12.06V

    heater = -12.47

    All the resistors values are as per the BOM. Any problems with these readings? Thanks.

     

    these reading is ok.

     

    have you short the output resistors?what cans are you listening?

    can you give us a parts list for your PCB, including the parts list for the diamond buffer? Which parts on the PCB are replaced by the buffer? I'm afraid of buying extra components.

    was reading on the headwize website and it seems like there are many variations to the CCS. I don't understand the technicalities, but which part is your PCB using? Is it fixed? Any recommendations for noobs?

    I build this amp for a HD580 user.ask for 260 euro.

    the case is pure aluminium.
