  3. Unfortunately FedEx international is the only method of shipping so it will be a little bit more expensive than normal.

Headroom charges a minimal ~US$40 (upwards over the initial weight limit) per package no matter how small.

hmmm...tat all adds up to abt US$110???is it still a good deal???

    Beyerdynamic DT 231

If you only knew how bad most sealed headphones are, you'd really be amazed at how Beyerdynamic consistently delivers good ones. You'd also be blown away that they managed to make a cheap pair of sealed headphones that sound as good as the DT 231. Though slightly lacking in the mids, these cans provide clear, non-flabby, non-bloated bass, as well as extended highs that lack the harshness usually found in cheap headphones. Style-wise, they're pretty ordinary: plastic throughout, with soft, fuzzy ear pads, and a cross between circumaural and supra-aural ear pads (a good compromise between comfort and seal). All-in-all, the standout in budget closed headphones.

The DT 231 use an all-plastic design with velour ear cushions slightly smaller than those of full-sized headphones. Head size adjustment is provided via a spring-loaded inner headband made of a soft, rubbery plastic. Low impedance and high efficiency make the DT 231 a good choice for portable applications. They have a straight cord that attaches to one earpiece, eliminating double cord tangling. They are terminated to a mini and include a 1/4 inch adapter.

    E.A.R.-Yoshino V20

The V20 is quite a fashionable tube amp, and it sounds equally fantastic! We've used it to power both our big rig and the AKG K1000. No matter how we've used it, it's been an excellent performer.

The V20 uses 26 12AX7 tubes and four 12AU7 tubes. The four 12AU7 and six of the 12AX7 are used on the input, while the rest of the 12AX7—a whopping twenty tubes, ten per channel—are used for the output!

The 24 Watt V20 has 4, 8, and 16 ohm output terminals for optimal speaker load matching. Input voltages can be set at the factory from 100v to 240v. Six inputs allow for a variety of sources to be used, and though a phono stage is not included, the V20 includes a dedicated input for a phono preamp.

  7. anyway i found this review...

    Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro

The DT 770 Pro are one of the old standards in closed headphones. They offer durability, simplicity, and comfort. They have a tendency to sound thick, but overall the sound is quite reasonable. However, at 600 Ohms an amp is definitely required.

Although hard to drive, the DT 770 Pro are good sealed headphones at an inexpensive price. They perform well while eliminating unwanted outside interference.Their round, velvet ear cups fit loosely around the ears—very cool and comfortable. The headband is covered by a cushy padding that is extra comfy on the top of your head. They have metal joints that connect the headband to the earpieces, contributing immensely to their durability. They have metal joints that connect the headband to the earpieces, contributing immensely to their durability, and a coiled cable that attaches to one earpiece, eliminating the double cord tangles. The DT 770 are terminated to a mini and include a 1/4 inch adapter.
