But it isn't a major problem, you can send back to Null Audio for repair, I believe it will be a low cost or free since it's just a minor recabling to make a tight fit. I sent in for repair for the same problem before, great guy and no fuss dealing with him. And I received tons of sms from just this afternoon, asking whether I will sell the Enyo cable only. It's the first layer only, nothing wrong with the cushion or headphones or anything else. Looking aside this flaw, I can say this is an excellent condition headphones, no scratches on the cup, didn't even dropped before, etc... I also have the original box intact.
