Managed to get hold of digi01, and he confirmed that the diamond buffer boards sadly, will not be fulfilled. According to him, I will refund the cost of each buffer boards, US$2 for every PCB order. As for those who have ordered the assembled buffers, he will fulfill these orders and will be sending over 4 assembled sets over for those who ordered the assembled version. For those who are in this Group Buy for the diamond buffer PCB, please kindly contact me, Edwin @ 91713779, to discuss the refund arrangement. As for those who are expecting the assembled version(4 orders), please bear with me for a while more while the buffers are being sent over.

Sorry for all the troubles guys. Been really busy lately cos just switch job 2 months ago and this MO thingy just slipped my mind. Thanks to a few of the guys who actually reminded me that I still need to sort out the diamond buffer issue. Truthfully, I had not been talking to digi01 for the past 2 months cos my new workplace dun permit external internet connection, and my usual communication with digi01 was thru' MSN messenger. I would need to do some catch up on the latest happenings on the development first. And I will try to communicate with digi01 thru' email, to see what's the actions to be taken from here. By the way, think I still owe one guy in Canada his PCB boards. I am really sorry about this guys, hope you guys can give me a few more days to sort this mess out.

Hi guys, sorry for the lack of updates, I would like to arrange for a collection for the SOHA boards tomorrow afternoon at 2pm. The place for meeting up will be Jaben @ Adelphi. I will be bring down the whole lot of the boards, please do pop by to pick up yours, else will need to find another suitable timing to pass to you again. Will try to stay around Adelphi for as long as I can, or until the missus complains... Hope to see you there.

I will try to get more info from digi01 on when the buffers and caps which we have also ordered will be send out. So, those who are in the GB, can we arrange for a convenient time and location so that I can pass you the SOHA boards? Maybe let's say over the weekend? Let's hear the suggestions or opinions.

The latest update is that the boards were shipped out by digi01 last weekend, I am keeping my fingers crossed hoping to receive them early next week. This MO has really been dragging for too long. Think I saw a few of those plastic casing at Sim Lim Towers level 3. MAybe we can organize a small gathering to go down to buy parts? Anyway, I will not be collecting the additional payments just yet, thinking might as well collect from you guys when I pass you the orders??? This should makes things much easier.

Good news guys, the ETA for our boards, according to digi01, will be the 15th of July. Would like to apologise for the delay as he wanted to make the design as perfect as possible. In the mean time, can those in the Group Buy who are topping up for the extra boards and diamond buffers, please make a fund transfer of the remaining payment to my bank account? Please let me know when you have made the payment.

Also, the last thing that I had heard from digi01, before I retreated for my revision, was that the design for the boards have been finalized. Sorry for disappearing and not updating this thread for so long, been busy with my school assignment for the past week. ANyway, managed to grab hold of digi01, learnt from him of a few things: First and foremost, the bad news, it seems like the shipment for our boards will be delay til the end of June. This is due to the revision of the current design to integrate the different suggestions brought up by the guys over at headwize. But digi01 assured me that the final version would be a better one as compared to the current one, which can be translated to easier assembly on our side. So please those in the Group Buy please bear with the delay. If you have doubts, please feel free to give me a pm, sms or ring to clarify, or if you would prefer to get hold of the boards made using the current design, can also pop me a pm or call. Now for the good news. From what I have learnt from Qsilver and I have double confirmed with digi01, the prices of the boards has came down. It is now about US$10 per piece inclusive of shipping to Singapore. So now I would need to get understanding from the people here, how you guys would like to have for the additional money that we have paid. digi01 has suggested a few possibilities: 1) Top up another US$5 for another additional SOHA board 2) Some capacitors of value US$5 to be shipped with the SOHA boards 3) Top up to get assembled diamond buffers (Limited quantities) So please those in the GB, please kindly express your intentions to me so that I can convey the message over to digi01.
