  1. For the $42 i paid (at Hung Bros in January), the sound was impressive. The main issue I had with it was getting it to stay on during exercise. The clips can be bent for adjustment purposes but I found that they came loose too easily. They are great phones but I was just a tad disappointed that I couldn't use them for the intended purposes given they were branded as "sport clips".
  2. yikes that's a one way street from there! i will exercise self control... i will exercise self control...
  3. Is $195 a good price for the er6i's? (brand new pair) And are replacement tips readily available in singapore? I'm out of touch with the prices back home so thanks in advance for the heads up
  4. Any takers for $200? I'll also be back in Singapore in December, so if you prefer a cash transaction and meet-up and you can wait till then, that's another option. Drop me a PM
  5. Selling an Echo Indigo DJ PCMCIA soundcard for notebook computers. Some features: * 2 independent stereo 1/8" analog outputs * Preview cue mix on the headphone output while playing back house mix on the line output * High quality headphone amp * Analog volume control knob for headphone output * Supports true 24 bit, 96 kHz audio * Includes 6 foot adapter cable for RCA and 1/4" connections * Type II Cardbus slot required For more info and specifications, visit the product page at http://www.echoaudio.com/Products/CardBus/IndigoDJ/index.php This was purchased online from the US in November 2005, everything is in excellent condition and it comes in the original packaging (with the cables unused). I'm selling this only because my new notebook's express card slot doesn't support the old PCMCIA cards I'm looking to sell this for S$220 (including airmail from Perth where I'm currently based). I still have a POSB account so transactions shouldn't be a problem UPDATE I'm now back in Singapore so a meet-up is now possible. drop me a PM or a txt at 81623983 if you're interested. Thanks
  6. would that include GST? I've just been given a S$340 quote from the same distributor
  7. Thanks for the info people. Looks like I'll wait till December to try out the headphones when i'm back in singapore. Was planning to get a friend to pick one up for me next week but I reckon i'll be better off giving them all a test drive before committing. looks like i'll be dropping by at stereo then With regards to the FC7s, do they compare favourably to the PX100? And so the SR-60s really leak that badly?
  8. I currently own a PX100 for listening to MP3s on my MuVo or laptop. I'm considering getting either one of these: - Audio Technica ATH-FC7 (preferable due to the price) - Audio Technica ATH-AD400 - Grado SR60 (prepared to fork out the $120 only if it's clearly superior to the other options) I'd appreciate any help in making this decisions and I'm particularly interested in hearing from owners of any of the above models. Recommendations on any other headphones within this price range are also welcome. Thanks
