I'm hyping this cos I'm bored, frustrated that I can't get the vinyl for this album, I went and bought the CD from 'Gramophone'. Luckily for me, it was the last one they had. Played it on the trusty powerbook and the content certainly rocks. None like I can compare them to

For a $600 outlay for a good vinyl replay and a Rega P3 to boot plus all the accessories you would need to get started is very cheap , indeed.

 

Second hand, market for earlier P3's are in the region of $450-$550 region so for a 3 month old P3 $600 is a real bargain considering the package it comes with.

 

Oh! you would need a phono stage to hook it up to your rig though.

Have you tried to do a clean install or OS X (Jaguar) from the set of Installation disks. However, do backup your important files first. I still think the suspect is software related, give me a ring tomorrow and I'll try help you sort it out. I have searched Apple's own Knowledge base releases and also discussion forum, there seemed to be similar cases like yours. I believe there is a fix to it too.

From OS X search in Help -

You can use the Grab application to take a picture of all or part of your computer screen. These pictures are often called "screen shots" or "screen captures."
