  1. cool. i'll get one if it's available too!
  2. PX200 is a closed can while PX100 is an open can. If you want to use it outdoor, get the PX200. But one thing is the sound quality of px100 is way better than that of the Px200. More punchy bass and smoother treble. i used to own them but my px200 just broke down recently but it doesnt matter to me anymore cause IEMs are the IN THING now!
  3. if the razer is anywhere near the ep630 then mylarone X3 definitely beat the razer hands down considering mylar3 sounded better than the UM1 to me.
  4. i feel that my PCDP sounds so much better than my ipod. but so sad that my cdp is already spoilt.
  5. W. A. Mozart - Sinfonia Concertante K364 by Maxim Vengerov and the UBS Verbier chamber orch. this new release from EMI is quite nice. vengerov/ violin/ mozart fans shld grab it. I bought it when i saw it in HMV city link.
  6. my senn headphone just broke down. anyone here knows where the service center is located?
  7. Rachmaninov's piano concerto are very nice too! This EMI recording by leif ove andsnes is pretty good. it has both concerto no.1 and no.2(which is my favourite) Lang Lang also has a recording under DG label which has piano concerto no.2 and rhapsody on a theme of paganini. Lang Lang's interpretation is a bit more energetic at times.
  8. this recording of mozart's symphony 40 and 41 using period instruments is beautiful!
  9. i wouldnt recommend them. i bought a senn cx300 OEM for 30 bucks but it doesnt sound close to the real senn cx300. maybe you can ask the person to let you try it out b4 buying.
  10. Hi all! I'm thinking of upgrading to true IEM this holiday (probably cos i'm sick of using my px200 and E630 on the go). However, i'm not sure i'll feel comfortable regarding the use of IEMs. Guess I'll have to go over to Jaben or Stereo to try it out. My budget is ard 150 (trying to save money ). Currently have super.fi 3 and westone um1 in mind. I listen mostly to classical music and most pop songs. Experts here give your advice!! also will it be cheaper if buy online and ship it over?
  11. Anyone has any idea where can i find recordings or CD by the Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra. I tried HMV but they don't have.
  12. I have a PX200 and it isn't too bad after it is burned in. Of course if you are a treble head, then forget the PX200. yup. i wanna try it out after listening to my friend's burnt it set. didn't sound too bad for classical music though.
