Anyone knows where I can get a custom optical cable made? I need something really short, like 15cm, to be used as an interconnect. Does LHS do custom optical cables?

is it good to have so short? the turning radius very sharp leh, is 5cm length 1cm radius

schematic, front component photo and opamp datasheet is useful for troubleshooting

I have move LM741 Pin 6 to TL072 Pin 1 and LM741 Pin 7 to TL072 Pin 8. This is the only different I see. I left the TL072 Pin 5, 6 and 7 no connection.
