having some problem with the input jack of my ibasso T2. the contact is loose and i get intermittent signal to my can. was told by the AD to contact ibasso directly regarding the servicing but have yet to receive any reply from them after sending my enquiries via email for around a week. anyone else has similar experience?

it is the same when the amp is fully charged. if a volume attenuator is used, will the sound be affected since there is gonna be one more conector? thanks.

hi guys, when i pair my ipod with ibasso (using lineout), the left side of my earphone sounds alot softer than the right side when the volume of the amp is set a low level. may i know if this is normal?

hi, u may want to consider portable amp such as mini-box d or ibasso t1/t2. they are very small and ultra portable
