  1. Currently taking priorities in furthering my studies with some night classes while juggling with work at hand. I'm going to sell these off at a good price to fund for the fees. So please make my loss your gain. I will be borrowing a camera sometime soon and till then I won't be able to upload the pictures. I have also sold some items over here and have never gotten complaints, etc. I also take good care of everything I have and I make sure they're in pristine condition. Sold Item: Qables iQube Portable Amp Condition: 8/10, As good as new without scratch, will come with packaging and it's full contents. Warranty: As of end of last year with receipt Selling price: Sold Additional: Will throw in black Valgrind leather case (Worth $100) and 4pcs of Eneloops. Preferred Location: Woodlands or Town, on weekends only. I've lowered the price of the items by more than half and I think it's only reasonable if you'd not bargain. *For interested buyers only. I will not entertain auditions and will only allow the buyer to test that the item is in working condition. I have wasted much time and expenses on traveling for people who played me out previously. So please understand.*
  2. Definitely the SE530s for me. I kinda like the IE8s too.
  3. The sound tubes for the 100s are way thicker( and a lot sturdier) than my E530s or ER4s. However they (SE reps) were able to squeeze a pair of rubber Shure triple flanges onto them. It might actually take some time for you to put them on. I'm pretty sure comply tips or black foams with a less stretchable core, will not fit the 100s.
  4. Tried the CK100s but bought the SE530s in the end. Vocals were truly excellent on the 100s, but couldn't quite catch what was missing behind it. Something I couldn't do without. Though the SE530s didn't come close to my ER4s in terms of its highs, they produce a fuller sound with much more strength (thanks to additional woofers). Probably, what I will consider the most balanced or neutral for all the triple drivers I have tried.
  5. I had been using the medium sized Shure black foams (olives) for awhile now and find that isolation is a bit lacking. I bought a pack of large ones yesterday and boy was I right, it's way better!
  6. I once bought the Olives in a single pair from Jaben. A pack of 5 will cost about $23.90. All comes in either S M or L.
  7. So he's got one more New Year resolution...

  9. Hi, If you're looking for a compact portable amp, you can try the iBasso T4, which I'm quite sure that SE carries them. Alternatively, there is the Fiio 5, Xin Supermicro IV, RSA Mustang P-51 and other DIY CMOYs to consider. It must have been that the impedance of the headphones are higher than what the HP is capable of powering. A portable amp will surely help, but you'll have to try and see if you like the sound of the amps. Regards.
  10. They may be well on their way. If it was even their plan to improve on the signal path from DAC to Line Out for the 6th generation iPods, in favour of RWA's iMod. I can see that they are trying to reach out to people who pays and actually care for their sound.
  11. You'll be able to get them from the Singapore Apple Online store. With free shipping too.
  12. I've seen one at the classified section going for $600. If price is your concern, don't let it be. You can always get someone who's interested in the i-Qube and make full use of SE's current promo.
