  1. cool it dude... wat i mean is its not really worth buyin the Aurvana at ard $200 when u can get something better at that price. i'm just trying to say that the Aurvana is pretty overpriced... dun get me wrong. (if u wan to get it, i might still be able to...)
  2. eh not really OT rite? its still circling ard my gears...
  3. staff price is infact 50% off street price...
  4. going custom? no lah.. i like to "share" my music...
  5. actually i've been saving for quite some time for this purchase kinda heartache to "throw 1 lump sum" for everything but well... i'm enjoying the every bit of my hard work
  6. i find it pretty nice too! the jutting doesn't really concern me as i'm "cool" with just hope blue is not the only color... can't wait to audition them
  7. the amp looks kinda sleek and matches the ipod!
  8. i have nto tried LDM+ with SF5pro though but after having SF5Pro, with or without amp doesn't make any diff PA2v2 with my previously owned Aurvana makes a hell lotsa diff But definately, the PA2v2 will have more bass than LDM+ without losing much on treble too i'm not going to go without amp. i like the stares that i get when taking train rides! hahaha cos i always have my rig in my hands...
  9. wah bigger than the 60gig? thn ur portable setup... not really "portable"?
  10. in actual its not... my macro shot too focus on the amp liao lah thus it looks fat
  11. i'd still go for either superfi 3 or UM1 coming from being an Aurvana user i'd totally advise to stay clear of it. Creative just isn't cut to make IEMs mayb they will come out with an Aurvana 2?

    ipod

may nt be compatible with the newer ipods...
  13. no worries... i can plug the IC side by side on the input and output of the PA2v2. so do you think have enough space?
  14. Canare F12 plugs custom made by SE ok ok sure sure... today 1st day oni... used this setup for my ZVM previously the double sided tape holds pretty strong (not those 3M foam type) now becos it sits on 2 "anti slip" mat... between mat to mat is another layer of double sided tape directly stuck on the back of ipod the silicon skin surface too smooth, cannot stick the tape... morning train ride, rig in pouch in bag... survived trip without dropping.
  15. Ok... been trying and finally settled for this solution. 1. cut the silicon case belt loop to expose Nano back body 2. stick 2 layers of "anti slip" mat with double sided tape 3. WOALA! Time to sleep!
  16. how about being kiasu abit directly dump the ipod in silicone case inside hardcase? haha save the trouble from removing in and out of the "condom"
  17. wah sianz... i give up... better off buy a hard case (can open type), permanently hav it stuck on the amp so when i need it to be portable i can take it out, out in the silicone sleeve and out i go else if i'm going sch, i can open the hard case and slot my nano in... dats all i can think off now...
  18. i oso feel so... i'll just ask him to send it in then...
  19. Nano no hdd leh its flash... haha how to bad sector??
  20. AH!!!!!!!! i know why liao... my velcro too thin ur velcro quite broad in terms of width therefore can hold it better... ok ok i go see got other alternatives anot thanks!
  21. cool cool cos i advise him to go apple and just say suddenly "like dat" but he dun dare... i'll persuade him again
  22. cannot learn.. his ipod is dead.. the apple logo just stayed there and doesn't do anything i advise him go apple service center but he was afraid that apple might charge him for repair since he "loaded" 3rd party firmware... how? any advise?
