    Take a look on Stephen Art Audio Equinox LE for the Sennheiser HD650. Half the price of the ZU and considered better from many peaple. I own this cable and it's NIGHT / DAY to the stock cable. Not too expansive .. 200-250$ if I remember correctly.

    Take a look on SinglePower amps. http://www.singlepower.com/ Many many many models and you can ask custom upgrade without problem. I rarely see peaple sell those amp and not buy another SinglePower higher level. 8-)

    Take a look on SinglePower PPX3 / PPX3 Slam ... Very popular amp at your limit price. I own MPX3 Slam with somes upgrades (ppx3 is little smaller)

    I own one. I use LM4562 opamp. This soundcard is so close to my 5000$ cd player ... is-it really a better soundcard ? It's the deal IMO. THis soundcard is able to drive 600 ohms DT990 without any problem with very loud SPL. This soundcard is DEAD QUIET ... no hiss, no humm, no strange PC sound .. DEAD QUIET.
