I heard one of the first that Justin had at the Washington area meet back in July and it was a winner then and it can only be better today in its final version. You will love it's sound.

What headphone did you try with it? I'm using it with my Proline 750

There are quite a few headphone forums though. Head-Case.org tends to be where a lot of senior/experienced Head-Fi (or ex-Head-Fi) members congregate. The language is much more brutal (as you will see for yourself) but the discussions are usually very high end. There aren't many noobies around at all. Having joined Head-Case.org for a few days, I've gathered that they really don't like Ray Samuels and many members have issues with the way Head-Fi is run/moderated.

by the way, I'm from Head-fi just like some of you, since Head-fi is down, I come here to kill my time.

Make sure you wear Ultrasone cans correctly when you demo them. If you push the ear cups forward with the back of you ears touching the ear pad, everything sounds distant, boomy bass and recessed mid. If you push them backward, high sounds shrill and too bright!

So, please be sure that your ears are right in the middle of the ear cups.

Pre-ordered mine few weeks ago, hope I'll get it by the end of this year

I chose it over the Ray Samuels "Predator" because of Pico's superior DAC.
