    Hi.. Have the following headphone system for sale. Unable to enjoy due to work and family commitments

     

    1) Woo Audio WA2, Black colour. Comes with the original stock tubes. Bought Jan 2013, local set. Upgraded power cable to lego High purity copper.

    Have original receipt. Asking for $1100.

     

    2) Audiolab M-DAC. Silver color. Bought Oct 2012. Local set. Have receipt.

    Asking for $690

     

    3) Beyerdynamic T1 headphone. Bought September 2012 from Jaben. Local set. Lost the receipt. Free headphone stand to give away.

    Asking for $900

     

    If taking as set, will be at a special price of $2200

    Amp was purchased 3 months ago so condition is brand new.

     

    Item is covered under international 1 year warranty. Have reciept from amazon to claim if necessary.

    Note:- This is a 110V version as local agent no stock so bought from amazon. Sale will be bundled with a made in germany High efficency step up transformer for local use (220V)

    Note: A1 Amp is a 110V version. A made in Germany low distortion step down transformer will be given free with the sale so that owner is able to use in Singapore.

    Hiya...Notice something weird when I tried to connect my iPhone 4 to my iqube2.. Got message display saying this device not recognize ... But when I connect, to my old itouch it's ok leh.. Anybody can advise? Something do with connector?

    Hmm...not sure, can't commend on that since I have not tried the Earmax SE before. But read somewhere in head-fi that with the HD650, the Earmax SE's volume knob has to be turned up to around 1 o'clock; I know this may not be a good gauge of how well an amp can drive a particular headphone, but when you need to crank the volume knob over 12 o'clock to get a decent volume, that says something about its power.

     

    But than, I have read other posts that stated the Earmax SE should be adequate. Anyway, best to audition it first, if it is possible.

     

    Amp and headphone matching without audition, is always risky when there are not a lot write-ups on a particular pairing that you are interested in.

     

    Err.. That I can confirm not true.... Cos Im using the HD650 with it... :))

     

    Max volume I ever go is about 10'oclock...

     

    After looking at all those review on HD800... Kinda curious... Im rather please with my HD650 and Earmax... gives me goosebumps on some tracks... But cant help thinking if it can be better... :grin:

    Im using HD650 with Cardas cable... Initially was a bit dissappointed... Sounded a bit bright...begin to regret buying but after 5 hours in the middle of a CD suddenly the amp open up... then... heaven... :thumbup:

     

    Now in my 15th hour.. Hope sound will continue to improve...

    Hi...Just wondering if anybody here did a A/B comparison of the sound quality between iTouch and Nano...Just gotten a Nano and the SQ is pretty good for a Media player...now tempted to save up for a iTouch...was playing with it a few days back and was impress with its functionality... Cheers
