    Shun Mook's Mpingo Disc.

Just place one to three disc on top of your preamp, CD transport, DA converter etc..

When this disc is excited by any external acoustic energy, it will resonate throughout the entire audible spectrum, thus overriding unwanted harmonic distortions and at the same enriching the musical reproduction....

  3. OL mat too thin. Don't think it sound good directly on top of the glass platter.

And using it on top of the Rega mat would mean that I'd have to keep the stupid Rega mat... :rclxub:

Thinking of trying a cork mat...

do you missed SC-1's mid bro ?

  5. The Colourfield were a British band formed in 1984 in Manchester.

Virgins & Philistines their fist album released in 1984. It failed to gain a large audience due to difficulty in marketing an album with such a diverse sound - mixes 1960s and early 1970s pop music with more acoustic based melodies and string arrangements.

However, the single release would be the one that would land them a high position on the charts.

"Thinking of You" released in January 1985, made it to number 12 in the UK chart.
