Very often, those that choose the ESP950 upgrade to a Stax amp like the SRM T1(S) and reterminate (or recable). Supposedly it brings them to a whole new level. But with that amount of money spent, I'd rather get a used SR-Lambda Pro system or something similar. Also, another problem arises with the retermination and upgrading of the amp, what in the world do you do with the old one?
