Did a visual check on the filter, it looked fine. I'll try to change it with the tool that comes with it when I get home. As with my ear, I also tried putting the BLUE plug on my RIGHT ear. Same result.

Guys, I am having problem with my ER4S. The volume on the left side is suddenly very low, almost inaudible. I tried to twist and turn the cable just in case the cable snapped internally, but there was no difference in volume throughout. Any idea? How do I get it fixed? I got it from Jaben about 2-3 years back. Thanks
