Also if you go to the sennheiser sound tour, they are giving away free headphones. Also you can get a free pair by signing up to their facebook page as well.

If you missed this and want to go to a headphone type convention, Sennheiser is doing a tour and showing off all of their new headphones. Unfortunately it is not a pure pro convention, but they still will have the HD800's to try out. Cheers!

At the risk of sounding dumb, what is "burning in" your headphones mean? I have a pair of sennheiser HD-280's should I be doing that to them? (they are a couple years old now)

The HD-800's look amazing but I'm just not sure if at that price they would be worth switching from my HD-280's. Would it be worth it? Also there is some kind of tour sennheiser is doing right now, if they come near your area they are doing headphone giveaways if you would like an extra free pair. http://www.sennheisersoundtour.com/facebook.

That's excellent, I've always been curious about Headphone amps. Good read.

HD201 or HD 515 both really good for gaming. Neither have mics built in if that's what you're looking for. Sennheiser has some with the mic built in the PC model. A friend of mine has the 515's though and they're pretty rad for gaming.

I've never been a big fan of Shure open headphones, but their in-ears are pretty sick. I recommend those.
