Need help to select headphone in Home Equipment Posted August 4, 2009 · Report reply Hoping to get a headphone as present to my friend but I am sort of musically "deaf" He listens mostly to female jazz (Sarah K), guitar (Guitar Works), violin (Sarah Chang), light music (Fairytales), others (Ana Caram) using his ipod. Been reading reviews and forums and sort of narrow down to the following few: Audio Technica ATH-AD700 AKG K 271 Studio Sennheiser HD-555 I am hoping to get it around $150 - $200 dollars. Anyone have tried or own these headphones and can advise - which is better for the type of music - is it within my budget - where can I buy them
