  1. Thks ppl. I will go down for demo sets try out before deciding.
  2. I like something bassy and xB700 sounds nice when i last tried it on but i want a klipsch s4 for mobility, so which should I go for? Price isnt an issue for this 2 headphones.
  3. Mmm. That sounds promising. I will go down and take a look soon after my exams are over.
  4. Hi all! Its me again. After much research and consideration, i have narrowed down my options to the 2 named in my topic, Sennheiser HD25-II and Shure SRH840. Both are pretty decent with its price with good bass and sound quality. Sennheiser one is smaller and lighter but costs 60bucks more so i was just wondering which will be better considering the fact that i mite be getting an iBasso D4 soon. Thks!
  5. I think i need to go down to listen and try the headphones myself before making any decisions. Thks for all the advice people!
  6. @radioactive28: Thks will check that out. @stargazer: But now the choices are overwhelming. Hard to pick a good one too!
  7. Wow. That means they sell lousy headphones are cheaper price that has the same look as the original ones?
  8. Ah. Will check that one out when i go down to stero electronics after my exams. Im looking at amps too. What amps do you recommend?
  9. Ah. I see. Thks alot for that part of the info. Really appreciated. I tried my friend's XB700 and its really bassy. I think i mite get headache so i shall stick with SRH series.
  10. Erm. I was just wondering about the Sony MDR-XB700. Though its just 50 dollars away from SRH750DJ, the specs seem to be quite different. The impedance for MDR-XB700 is 24ohms, which makes the music very loud from the same output. Will the sound quality be bad due to that problem?
  11. Thks for the recommendation. I will take a look at the specs.
  12. hey.. Erm, i just looking for one bassy one. Portable. Heavy sounding with deep resounding bass. Good noise isolation without having to up volume cause it damages ears. Pairing as in what player i use? I have a ipod touch but getting a itouch4 once its out. I also use my headphones to watch movies and animes on my computer so i would also consider the sound range (i suppose that is what its called) so that movies and flac sound tracks would be clearer and individual sounds can be heard. Personally, i prefer headphones over earphones. Im assuming earphones refers to all in-ears. Btw, nice technica ath sj5. i have got a pair of those too. ^^
  13. Have a budget of 400bucks. Looking for a decent headphones around this price range. I saw the Monster headphones from HMV. Those are really awesome but way too expensive. So i was wondering if there is anything close to that quality for a cheaper price. Im a noob at this so i really need help. Thks!
