its mentioned that ipod audio quality is not as good as zen nx and this is the case for all the reviews i've read the only reason ipod is better is its looks and size, period. at 99db/snr no player comes close to zen nx

does it really help? i can't imagine it being totally noiseless except for the music, that would be so cool

mdr-888 from sony right, under $200 nothing against sony but mostly their products are more expensive and does not perform as well any comments on the mdr-888? so the mx500 is not noise cancelling?
