So I called the digi sound audiologist company and they said they could only do the ear impressions once and once I walk out of the building with them, I'd have to pay to do another set even if the IEMs come out to have a bad fit.

Is this standard practice for all the audiologists here? I've never done customs before so I'm kind of wary of the whole thing. Westone could keep redoing the iem molds until I get a good fit within the first few months or so, but that would be pointless if I had to pay the audiologist each time for that.

Also, have anyone actually done ear impressions with places other than digisound and jaben? I hear people recommending others but can't seem to find anyone that have actually made customs with them.

With those freebies, I'm guessing at least 800...

Well, I have a ticket to the Sergio Mendes concert tomorrow at esplanade at 7:30pm that I can't find any use for. The guy I usually go with is busy and no one else I know seems to be interested.

I'm going myself, but I have another extra ticket. If you want it, it's completely free, first come first serve. You probably have to just trust me and get the ticket from me just before the concert though, unless you want to travel down to the west just to get it.

That guy probably did not know about ESW9 and simply assumed that that and ESW10 is one and the same I would guess.

Doesn't seem to be any release dates or pricing news about esw10.

Yo! Read the thread, this one and that, someone said they saw it in Singapore. Not the thread starter at head-fi.

I saw the ESW9 on the demo booth, but I didn't notice ESW10 since I wasn't expecting a new headphone to be there. Still, I'm doubtful that ESW10 were there since that would be the unveiling of it.

I'm pretty pleased with it for the price I paid for, I think the sound is clear enough, the cables are standard fare but they are thin. I think you should check it out yourself in person still before buying.

Yeah, it's pretty good for a speaker without a subwoofer, just don't expect anything magical out of it.

I got my Gigaworks T20 during the creative sale star buy a few weeks back, it's design and furnish is really nice and well built, the sound is quite clear, but it is a pc speaker after all without a subwoofer, the bass really do sound like mids. Other than I don't really know, don't have other pc speakers to compare it to.

It is also nice that it has bass and treble dials, aux in at front too, so quite handy if you have multiple sources and plan to use it with console gaming.

I saw those CX300 packaging in China and I'm pretty sure they are fake, they were sold for far cheaper, I think around 10sgd? Even less perhaps, and if I'm not wrong, the packaging doesn't include extra buds (?). I don't remember where exactly, but erji.net had a thread about the differences between fake cx300 and the real ones.

Hm thanks, the mini to mini cable is still new and and higher quality than normal cables so I figured I wouldnt waste it. Then for the mini to rca cable, do you have them in your shop? I guess I'll just get one if I can't find an adapter.

I got my headfive just yesterday but I don't have a rca connector that could connect from my soundcard with mini ouputs. Anyone knows where can I get such an adapter? I already have a mini to mini cable so I want to avoid getting another cable. I really want to test out the amp, so if you know please reply asap! Thanks.
