N@Z 0 Report post Posted August 31, 2003 Finally JMT (aka THE JMT of Head-Fi) has his own Website up. I got my first DIY headphone amp (CHA47 in a Penguin Mint tin) used, but built by him. I was so impressed with the quality of the finished work that I ordered a META42 headphone amp. Again very satisfied with his work. Click on Products. He should be taking orders for the PPA as well. Contrary to the myth, a good PPA headphone amp can be built for you with fairly high quality components starting form around $US300 (cheaper if you do it yourself obviously), depending on what you specify & using the cheaper Hammond cases.
