alvin1118 0 Report post Posted August 11, 2009 (edited) it's just...another diy headphone amp project (again) This amp very well compliment the MPA2.5; not very much of details, not very powerful, not very fast sounding, but....it's wonderful for woody, and supposedly, the akg k70x. ppl said it's sounds like tube amp but in fact it's solid state amp Update: 12th Aug 09 - 12am PSU: Copper Taped R-Core + Precision Single Rail Voltage Regulator Volt. Reg: Power On Testing & Measurement to be continued... Update: 12th Aug 09 - 10:07pm spent my whole afternoon + evening time for it, happy singing now soldering in progress output transistor: BD139, BD140 PCB is now fully populated, nice ROE golden caps Spend a lot of time internal wiring,...I'm perfectionist? more pic here... Power ON! i was really kind of worried if it BLOW in front of me luckily it works perfectly.. sounds as expected, slow & sweet..
