Sound Blaster Arena Gaming Headset (USB)

I am curious about new Sound Blaster Arena Gaming Headset. It is a USB headset so I guess it could replace my X-Fi sound card. I only wonder if this USB Arena headset would be better from my current combination (X-Fi Gamer + Beyerdynamic headphones)
