sun85 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2011 There are fake alps, sadly. Yours may most likely be fake. Alps are most famous for their blue box design. Most of their volume controls come with that design. Yours may not be a volume control or may be a fake volume control. Either way, you still can't use them, man. The alps volume control, used in audio is mainly blue box. If you want the best answer for this question, Frankie might be able to help you.
