It is our Management's decision to stop ordering new customs, re-shelling from Unique Melody. We will not be taking any new orders from Unique Melody with effect from today, 1st April 2012. For customers who have pending orders with us, be assured that we will still handle the remaining items with UM and ensure they are back. You will still get your reshelled earphones or customs, we will stop receiving new orders from today onwards. For the after sale services, we will still handle the refitting for our customers during the refit period.
