In the recent past, Unique Melody have been causing several inconvenience to our loyal customers with delays and various errors/mistakes due to overwhelming international orders coming in. We have encountered a lot of unexpected errors and delays coming from Unique Melody which was the initial reason why we have stopped dealing with them previously. After providing them some feedback and problems we encountered over our side, they have promised to revamp their operations. Unique Melody have also promised us that they will be working towards improving their communication to minimize any delays, errors to avoid any inconvenience to our valued customers.
