Would an amp improve the song quality for my setup?

Hi guys, i'm currently using the sony walkman E465 with shure se115 (song are mainly 320kbps mp3 files)

 

I would like to ask if using an amp would improve the sound quality?

 

If so, is there any amp that you guys would reccommend??

 

Oh, btw or would a DAC be reccomended?

if ur using an mp3 player i dont think u need a dac unless you are using with speakers or a separate amp via pc or something

 

an amp is just to amplify the signal by increasing the power output

but some amps colour/change the sound

 

and the answer is that it may change the sound, better or worst would depend on the synergy and your personal taste in sound signatures
