Whats the Diff between MX400 & MX500

I used to have the MX400 and I just purchased the MX500 since my The Plug when dead.

 

I know it is fresh out of the box but I can't really tell the difference between the 2

other than the obvious volume control.I;ll give it more time.

 

With the claim better bass response, I can't really feel it(I'm using a PCDP spinning Massive Attack, Mezzanine).

 

Off to burning in.I'll see if i can 'see' any difference after 72Hrs.

 

Any one here actually had both at the same time and can tell a difference.
