ERO polypropylene film & foil capacitors 50 cents!

Spotted a lot of ERO polypropylene film and foil capacitors at Kaichin last week (ERO KP1832 0.015uF,2000V, 5%) selling for just 50 cents each.

 

I believe that this series of caps are no longer in production and they are highly rated by stein music (a german DIY components supplier).

Good and cheap alternative to Multicap RTX for bypassing in crossovers.

 

I have used it for bypassing and this mod increases the "air" and high frequency extensions.

They've been there for ages. All pulls... A good buy but I prefer polystyrene for their neutral sound.

Agree. Excellent value for a $1 mod to your amplifers and speakers.

 

Mulitcap's RTX Polystyrene cost about $9 and they are quite transparent sounding.
