At one point when I was still living with my parents we had nearly 40 cats... imagine during meal times!!! It has reduced drastically now to about 10 ish... Mackie 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2003 Although stray cats do pose a little social problems but culling them doesn't seem like a good and humane move to me. What's exacerbating the situation is HDB's regulation against cats as pets in flats! I am an avid dog lover but after living with a cat for 2 months, I found them to be cleaner and quieter than my neighbours' dogs. Please view the pictures of my cat.
