sayhitojason 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2005 Hey Blues. Do you mind me asking how you processed that shot of the tree near your house? It's surreal and very beautiful.
Blues 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2005 Hi, wah the old pic? hm.. first one or the second? for the first one the pinkish tint I think is because of playing in channel mixer, slide on the red channel 2nd pic just some burning, although very crude (can see very uneven) hahaha. took those 2 early this year so might not remember the exact detail already as I used to play with the curve, color balance, channel mixer with no particular order
sayhitojason 0 Report post Posted October 31, 2005 I like the first one (pinkish) one better. Channel mixer? What software are you using? I'm using Bibble Pro. Do you know if this function is available in Bibble? Sorry if the question sounds stupid. I still have a lot to learn when it comes to digital photography, especially post-processing. Cheers! sayhitojason 0 Report post Posted November 7, 2005 D200 - nice camera. But don't think I'll be upgrading for a while, until I've outgrown the D70.
sayhitojason 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2005 I'm considering replacing the D70 18-70mm kit lens with a Sigma 18-200mm. Reason is to that I have longer zoom without having to swap lenses (I have a 70-300mm). Anyone can share their experience with both lenses? What I'd like to know is whether the Sigma is as sharp as the kit lens, or maybe even better? Thanks.
