I know I can get the neutrik plugs at Hung Brothers. But where can I get OFC copper wires and the shrink wraps in Singapore to complement them?

U can try LHS at Sim Lim Tower for the cable n shrink wraps.

Think they carry the Neturik plugs too. U may want to take a look at the Canare plugs too.

 

Their prices should be quite competitive.

 

What plus r U buying ? 3.5mm or RCA ?
