Noob question, but what "version" of the SOHA board is this? On HeadWize there's different flavours (ie. schematics with JFETS, MOSFETS, etc). Is there a BOM?

mb3k, I have checked with digi01, his schematics is using JFETS CSS.

I think we will have to wait until end of May at least. Digi01 arranging GB in headfi and he mentioned ready only end of May?

Sorry for the lack of updates guys.

 

From my last conversation with digi01, the prototype of the board is out and he is very happy with the outcome thus would be able to ship earliest by tomorrow.

 

One more thing, according to digi01, he will be giving away a set of matched components for the diamond buffer to each of the first 5 persons who can assemble a working SOHA out using the boards.

As I was speaking with squalle just now.. dont align the jfets wrongly else it might get a blown-up. Btw, while waiting for the board.. all go and secure a Ecc82 tube first. Hi quality tube can be only gotten through ebay cheap. Squalle may have some tube leftover from previous order

 

So far i think siruz, me and squalle and 1 other have built this from scratch. Got question just ask.
