Where to get good female 3.5mm stereo socket?

Planning to DIY a 3m extension code, 3.5mm female stereo socket to 3.5mm jack.

 

So far have identify Canare F12 for the jack, Canare cable but can't seem to find a good female stereo socket other than those generic ones.

 

Any idea? And what brand?

The generic ones will do just fine. Otherwise U can always source for better ones at LHS?

But does your canare cable able to give more by using much more expensive sockets? The F-12 is very good enough for your usage.

Just some clarifications. F-12 is a stereo plug (or male end), I was looking for a better female socket end to pair it for the extension.

Get it from LHS (2nd Floor, Sim Lim Tower). Lots of stuffs ... great place especially if you're into DIY.

Very gd one ? Can try Bell Electronics, they selling $3.10 , go check it out, unlike the normal type (ard $0.40)

 

It can be mounted on chassis also,... very good, I installed on my Cmoy ~ hehe
