nothing 0 Report post Posted May 14, 2007 Hmm.. you could try garado SR60. $120. Heard a lot of good reviews but yet to hear it myself. (:
tassardar_ 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2007 if you are on a budget, Audio Technica A500 or a second hand A900 will be very good. Else any of those high end headphones are fantastic. And ur sound card isnt that bad to drive them too. Just make sure the files are decent though
Fire_jk18 0 Report post Posted May 21, 2007 I think the senn 595 and 555 the beyer 880 and 990 will do just fine unless u haf some ultra set up.
tassardar_ 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2007 The beyers do have very high impedence though. The if the sound is soft u may not be able to attain the volume u want.
Bushwacker 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2007 I've been using my 555 for gaming and watching movies. The 555 does not have a problem cos its only 50ohms
tassardar_ 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2007 The beyers are rated at 250ohm though lol. They are still more sensitive the akg k701 which is terribly hard to drive properly
Singapura 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2007 The DT 700 are the best alround cans in my opinion. If you're more into rock you'll like the Alessandro MS-1. For the top in classical I have my Sennheiser HD650. You're living in a country with not one but two shops that will allow you to try before you buy. Take advantage of it!
