PVD 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2007 there is no sound on my right side of my um2. and i got my earphone for um2 from earphone solution where it is located in the US. i bought it around 2005 December and the year 1 year warranty is over. Stereo_Electronics 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2007 You might want to e-mail Westone about this issue and see if they can do something since it broke down 1month after the warranty expired, if not, you can still check how much would they charge for a replacement.
