Looking for Missing Road Bike (White)

Hi, i'm looking for a missing road bike which was involved in an accident in East Coast Park on Sunday evening (04 feb) at around 8pm. the bike is broken from the fork onwards.

 

the frame, the sit, and the handle are all white in colour. it weighs about 8kg.

 

a passerby was supposed to wait for me to collect the bike, which was my friend's. but i failed to find either the passerby or the bike.
