I will accept orders even if the items are not from Amazon.com, but from another website. You will reply to my email, and let me know if you want to go ahead with the order or not. 4. If you decide to proceed, you will make payment immediately, to my POSB SAVINGS account, for the items you want to get (I will order them on your behalf.) 3. Email me, this time giving me the Transaction Reference Number of the Fund Transfer and the Nickname you used to transfer the funds. (Important!!) This is what I will do: 1. Reply to your emails promptly. 2. Keep you updated on the order status every 3 days. 3. Inform you when the package reaches Singapore. Once the package reaches Singapore, you can either choose to have the item mailed to you as a Registered Article, or self-collect the item at Serangoon MRT Station. Detailed Comparison Between Gerald’s Shipping Service and vPost Similarities Between Gerald’s Shipping Service and vPost -Similar package forwarding service. -Reliable. -Similar restrictions to Prohibited Items (I will cover that later on). Differences Between Gerald’s Shipping Service and vPost -You are not required to use a credit card to attain the items. All you need to do is transfer the funds to me, and I will do everything for you. From ordering the items, to shipping it to Singapore, and eventually, sending them over to you. -You do not need to email me silly little invoices to that I can “match” the package and the order. How Gerald’s Shipping Service is Far Superior to that of vPost -Cheaper. -Faster shipping time (vPost takes over a whole week to send the package from the USA to Singapore. The one week does NOT include the time taken for Amazon.com to send the items to the vPost Facility in the USA.). -Direct communication with me -> Faster response time! -Faster email response, within 12 hours including non-working days, usually within 8 hours. (vPost takes 3 WORKING days!!) -More convenient. Items are ordered on your behalf. All you need to do is transfer the funds to me, and I will do the work. No need for me to process your invoice. How vPost is Far Inferior to that of Gerald’s Shipping Service -More expensive. -SLOW!! It takes 3 working days for them to acknowledge the invoice you send over. It takes 3 working days for them to match the received package with your invoice. It takes over 7 working days for you to receive your package in Singapore from them once the matching is done. -Not as convenient. You need to pay for the items on Amazon.com YOURSELF. You need to use some vPost Address in the USA as the destination you want the item to be sent to. You have to send over the invoice to vPost. You have to manually match the packages if they cannot identify the package. You have to pay for the shipping charges from vPost USA to Singapore. Matching is a process where vPost will identify your package that was sent to them and they will try to "match" it with the invoice that you sent them. Will you run away with my money?
