Where to get portable microphones?

Not the wireless kind, but those that come with battery powered speaker units. You know, the type that sales promoters wear when doing demonstrations in shopping malls and markets? The speaker is clipped to the belt and the mic is hooked over the ear.

 

Anyone knows where I can get something like this, and roughly how much will it cost? Below $50 can get?
