About the XM4: The XM4 builds on the success of the company's XM3 by adding Bass Boost, and an optional Lithium-Ion FastCharge system. The XM4's robust anodized aluminum case with glossy laser-anodized faceplate houses military-precision resistors, oversized electrolytic and tantalum capacitors, plus an ultra-low distortion gold-socketed amplification chip. Signal to noise ratio (SNR) is a staggering low 100dB, total harmonic distortion (THD) is rated at 0.002% THD, and overall frequency response is from 20Hz to 20kHz.
