dt250-80 isn't too 'hard'

dt770pro is what I would call ... hard hitting bass biggrin.gif

Anyway I think most people who start like bass alot. I was like that last time too.. the beyer didn't fail to disappoint me cool.gif

anyway...bass should not be too strong for me....hm...well-balanced performance and not having special focus on certain area like strong bass...should suit my taste....anyway...my hd 202 is bright for me......bass is ok...though strong to me...but i still can survive with it...but a cmoy would make my cans sounds brighter...IMHO...

as i said...to me....this is what i feel from combination of cmoy, laptop and akg k501...

an akg sounds brighter after connecting to cmoy..as what i discover from the akg and cmoy that huangyong let me make audition yesterday....

as i'm not a basshead....so i dun demand heavy bass as a start...i'm not only listening to heavy bass music only.. tongue.gif

heh... sounds good..

but you said AKG lacks bass.. so I thought you are a basshead.

AKG to me is a little lean on bass but certainly doesn't when properly amped.
