slowmover 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2008 i have a westone um1 which i borrowed to a friend he broke the plastic parts on the left side which is holding the earbud now i cant put earbub as there is nothing to hold it.Is there anyway or anywhere to fix repair this? Guest dragonboy Report post Posted January 26, 2008 Try sending to the place u purchase from. If it's under warranty, they would normally exchanged it for u. But u must produce the receipt. After warranty, still try to send it to the place u purchase from and see if they can work out something for u. Both Stereo and Jaben are pretty helpful dealers for westone.
