sghound 0 Report post Posted February 7, 2010 pls report back on the gig the lastest CD was Rough trade exclusive. i'm still waiting for their delivery blown away by the subterranean bass. hair-stand all the way. 45min of pure short bliss, one of the best debut albums ever. still can't believe they're so young. the stall foyer crowd all heck-care chiong to the front for a close glimpse of their heroes during Intro, nothing security could do. too bad for those who kena front seats haha. florence had the most irritating wail. din even stay till the end, my ears were shot. direcow 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 Had a superd time at the concert last night too, managed to get some good vids and lots of crappy photos with the ISO too high, washing everything out. Still figuring things out, but well it's P&S anyway. Florence got better and better as the night wore on - left the concert feeling very fulfilled. Too bad the xx and florence didn't play anything together. Photos are uploaded, but vids are on the way...

I mean, old days we have Big O, NME, Melody Makers etc... which CD or record shops bring in new music/alternative stuff as well? old days was DaDa, Roxy, Supreme, The Attic, later HMV, towers....
