ical 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2009 Nice to see more pics. Nice system everyone. Thx. Not easy to find SM rack in the market. Luckily a fren was upgrading so i bought over. Any idea which shop selling? No shop carry them now. Their warehouse is somewhere in the west, can't remember the address. You can get them direct from the following link. http://www.soundmechanics.hk/sg/index.htm

Quantom 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2009 Decided to post another part of the "setup". It's really large so it's in a thumbnail format. This is my regular setup when listening through the ER4P.
kchew 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2009 I forgot to contribute to this thread. Compared to all the big guns out there, this is probably one of the cheapest setups posted so far. Stello DA100 + Stello HP100 + ATH-AD2000. iMod 4g feeds the HP100's second input. I've got Valgrind silver ICs coming to replace the Belden 89207 ICs in use right now, wonder how it'll turn out. Does the DA100 and HP100 complement each other well? Edited February 23, 2009 by peanutbutterjam
peanutbutterjam 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2009 (edited) http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f42/ic-mcali...stralia-410067/ This looks like a real beauty. And it can seem to take all kinds of connectors except the HE-60. I wonder about the price range... Edited February 23, 2009 by peanutbutterjam

peanutbutterjam 0 Report post Posted February 23, 2009 (edited) Ask nicely and take one for the team. I thought you were looking for a source? Yeah I am indeed looking for a source. I'm just doing what most ppl regret afterwards: wondering. Though I find it really wierd that the manufacturer bothered to put in a stax normal, pro, koss, and HE-90 plug but no HE-60. Its just missing that one thing. contribute, contribute i lets contribute. here is my setup. benchmark > Stax 4040 simple and easy. Btw everyone what type of interconnect are you all using? the brand ? looking for interconnect but dunno what to buy. Nice SRS-4040. Certainly not simple nor easy What's the box at the bottom right corner of the 2nd pic, the one below your SRM-006t2? How's the benchmark btw? Could you share what got you onto the benchmark? How's the benchmark btw? Could you share what got you onto the benchmark? yes it is the SRM-006TII. I can say that its sounds very clean, i am happy with the price i pay for. but the USB input, when i playing music and multitask with my PC the sound keep clicking, some time it might even stop(maybe its my computer). Playing on other source no problem. what got me into DAC1 = on impluse(just feel like buying a new toy to play)

You can try increasing the system priority of your player, it seems to help a bit on my com. Nope not the SRM-006tII, but that curious box at the bottom right of it
