Give the olives a try, 5bucks only if i remember correctly, and it doesn't lose a lot of isolation compared to the complys. Its not only the bass, the treble too gets absorbed. Plus, its not that uncomfortable if you are already used to the complys
-
have u tried shure olives? It opens up quite a lot but loses a bit of isolation. I am using the shure grey flex sleeves, they are even more opened but isolation and comfort is not as good as the olives

The thing is, the D2+ internal amp is very good already. I can hear differences between FLAC and mp3 for most songs. There are some which I can't, those are usually pop with a lot of midi sounds. I can even distinct some FLACs which were poorly ripped/converted. The only sound enhancement I have turned on is Mach3Bass, eq and others are all off Side qn, what tips are you using?
-
I am also using UM3X with D2+, what you find lacking with ur current setup?
-
Erm, how far you intending to sit from your speakers? I don't think there is anything that can fill a room under 100 bucks
-
I'll like to ask, what phones are you planning to use?
-
Hope that is not me they were referring to

What kind of bass are you looking for actually? TF10 on my D2+ produces by far the cleanest, most accurate bass in my memory when I were auditioning them If you are looking more of those 'impact' bass, they might not be it BTW, comply foams actually 'absorbs' quite a bit of bass, if possible try it with the gray sleeves D2+ also has a bass control, which I use to make up for the 'missing' bass on my UM3X If you are really interested, can drop me a PM then see whether we live close enough for u to have a test on my D2+ with your songs
-
that's why i said its a small problem. I am also someone who never on EQ. My D2+ crosstalk don't seems bad or if there is any, when coupled with UM3X which is supposed to be analytic
-
As in the in built equalizer can almost do nothing useful to ur music. The rockboxed equalizer I've heard is better, at least usable Whats the problem u heard about D2+? Beside some paint dropping due to my extensive abuse, its solid
-
Sansa fuze small problem is the EQ. With the cowons and sonys, you should be able to tweak quite a few things on the sound effects
-
I bought mine locally actually. Choice of place to get online I don't know where's the best but you can add jetmall to your list also
-
Ya, city electronics put 299 when I walked past on Sat

D2+ 16GB I think 300 -350, S9 I'm not sure. Anyway with the relatively small increase in size if you take the D2+, you get a very lengthy battery life

Most of them are more professional software. You have tested it to work on some other application?/?
