Azhar 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2008 Sooo what do I need to know? I'm just worried if my current desktop is unable to power them so yea, how does soundcards, etc would affect the sound quality of the speakers?
Gabzai 0 Report post Posted January 26, 2009 i would say.. let ur ears listen for themselves. so far, at least in the case of creative soundcards, i've always hear soundcards improving the sound of speakers. My only unsatisfying moment was with Creative Gigaworks T20 with Xfi music soundcard - the sound is too powerful for listening with the speakers close to me since Gigaworks T20 is already rather amplified! So, go have a try.. u may not even need an expensive set of speakers once u have a soundcard, unless u demand for much better sound.
footscape 0 Report post Posted March 23, 2009 to ts..,you should really go along with usb dac if majority of your usage is for music listening..,but got to take note that dac doesnt comes with all the eax effects for your gaming needs though.
