I haven't heard the other headphones you mention as they are difficult for me to audition. I have got a Sennheisser HD 600 with a proper CDP and amp. I was looking for advice on whether the Zu Mobius will make much improvement to the sound. Anyway, thanks for replying

Hi Rameish Do you think the Zu Mobius cable is a big improvement over the stock Senn HD-600 cable? It seems a lot of extra outlay on an already expensive headphone.

I was told by their dealer that they have production problems as a supplier went bust. This was a few weeks ago. Also, I have followed postings on several forums and noticed that only a few reviews exist of the Solo with the 2004 mod. I may be wrong and there are thousands in existence, but I seriously doubt it.

It's amazing that the 2004 version of the Solo has acquired such a great reputation as there are only a handful in existence.
